Two adult females Caspian Gull Larus cachinnans (both 9cy), trapped at nests during incubation on the Wytyckie Lake, end of April 2014. These birds has been ringed as a chicks in the Kaniv, Dniepr River, Cherkassy district of Ukraine (610 km away), in May 2006. I added the plastic rings. Iris are relatively pale.

Larus cachinnans 9cy, probably female. Here in the breeding colony near Zastow Karczmiski (Vistula River). Ringed as pullus cachinnans on May 08 2006 at Wloclawek.

I visited the landfill site near Łęczna (Stara Wieś). There were some ringed gulls:
