I know this gull, we are friends. We saw him on Thursday. I gather he had flown a long way; the waves were pounding the shore from the East. The artist is great. I would like to hang my gull friend on my wall next to the pictures of my children and grand children. Look at his eye, he wants to talk.

This artist is too good, he must be friends with the gull, as yet unnamed, also.

We were on a very quiet beach. There we were and a few gulls, my buddy very close wanting to talk.

There were some sand pipers, busy eating, and dodging the waves as they do, with a few other gulls just watching the ocean.

We were enjoying the cool of the evening and the gulls company. When the ponies started up the beach.

The ponies live there year round, and have for a few hundred years. I wish the artist, who did the gull, would do a pony with my buddy, the gull.

The story on the ponies is that long ago, their forefathers swam ashore, when the Spanish ships were going under due to serious storms. Thy have stayed ever since. rather nice; plenty to eat and they get to enjoy my buddy the gull.
